April 11, 2008 - The Farmshed Garden bed boxes, built by
volunteers, are awaiting soil and plants. The garden will feature
flowers, herbs,edibles and native plants designed to attract and
engage children and families.

May 19, 2008 - peas love the cold weather and begin to climb.


May 12, 2008 - From the southernmost end of the farm,
looking north. Greenhouse and white row covers can be seen
with Mollers' golden hillside of native grasses beyond.

First Rows
April 11, 2008 - Fred, Aaron and Ashley race to get the first
row of peas planted before a forecasted thunderstorm. Still
no power which means no water from the well, which is very
challenging with thousands of thirsty seedlings in the greenhouse.
Turned Fields
March 30, 2008 -The first furrows at Rushton Farm have
been turned! 6 cubic yards of compost sits nearby boosting soil for
the many seedlings in the greenhouse. Max concurs.

March 30, 2008 - The farmshed continues to take shape.
