First harvest of Sugar Snap peas!

May 19, 2008 -First harvest!!! Aaron and Fred show off the first
harvest - spring mix of five lettuces, arugula, mizzuna, beet tops, kale,
mustard greens and pea shoots.

Aaron, Fred and Ashley get lots of help planting potatoes in May.

Thousands of seedlings have been started in the Trust basement and
Rushton Farm greenhouse this winter.
