The CSA's first harvest celebration had the kids making scarecrows.

Elizabeth and Kiriko helped mastermind
the kids' scarecrow-making operation.

Barb puts some finishing touches on
Mr. Scarecrow #1 with help from Davis.

Pink is the color choice!

Over 55 CSA members and their families
attended the gathering.

The old John Deere became a kid-magnet.

Mr. Scarecrow #2 poses with one of the
chief designers.

Can't get enough of that pink.

The path to the adjacent Rushton Woods
was irresistable and adventurers were
richly rewarded.

Barb assists other scarecrow designers
with wardrobe adjustments.

Stuffing scarecrow pants is hard work!

Rushton Farm Beekeeper and Egg Co-op
